I worked with Whitworth Pharmacy to introduce digital channels, starting with the use of marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. Initially, the focus was on moving redundant stock, but as we proved the value of these channels, we expanded the product range and reached audiences beyond the UK, selling across Europe.
